Ortho-Bionomy® Self-Care for Dry Eye Study

Welcome to the Ortho-Bionomy Dry Eye Self-Care Study

Thank you for your interest in the Ortho-Bionomy Dry Eye Self-Care Techhique Study!
Do you experince any of the following symptoms? 
  • Scratchy feeling in your eyes 
  • Burning or Stinging eyes 
  • Red eyes 
  • Blurry Vision 
  • Excessive tearing 
  • Sensativity to ligtht
  • Tired eyes 
  • Eye discomfort?
If so, you are in the right place.  Read on to learn how to participate in this study to see if a simple sel-care technique using Ortho-Bionomy will help you.

How do I get started?
 1. Complete the Informed Consent Form.  
2 Complete the Initial Survey to tell us about your dry eye symptoms and how you are treating them currently.

3. Watch the video that explains how what the technique is and how to use this technique for yourself.  There is a handout that you may download or print for a step by step guide. (see the link below)

4. Print out the technique review sheet for a step by step guide and the Tracking form.
Use the Tracking Form to keep track of how often you are using this technique and what you are noticing.

5. After you have been using this technique for 2 weeks, you will be asked to fill out a follow-up survey to tell us about your symptoms and treatments at that time.  You will be asked to complete follow-up surveys after 30 days and after 60 days as well.  These will be sent to the email address that you provide when you sign up for the  study.

Thank you so much for your participation in this study!  Your input will help us learn how this technique can help people who deal with dry eye.
